Meet Your Facilitator – AJ
AJ holds a deep reverence for the healing journey — because he’s walked it.
From once being bed-bound with depression, disconnected from his body and family, and trapped in a cycle of self-doubt and emotional eating, AJ made the courageous decision to rewrite his story.
He’s now a father, a space-holder, a leader — and a living embodiment of personal transformation. Having lost over 6 stone naturally since 2020, rebuilt his mindset, and created a life of purpose and presence, he’s here to show others what’s possible.
Recently returning from a profound journey to the indigenous lands of Peru, AJ sat with sacred ayahuasca, climbed holy mountains, and received direct teachings from tribal elders. He was initiated to serve rapéh (hapé) by the Huni Kuin tribe, deepening his connection to the Earth and the spiritual traditions that guide his work today.
AJ is fully qualified in breathwork, cold water therapy, and sound healing, and brings both structure and soul to his offerings — grounded in lived experience, not just theory.
When you work with AJ, you’re not just guided through powerful modalities — you’re held by someone who has been where you are, who sees you fully, and who believes in your power to rise.
Session Info & Investment
🕒 Sessions last between 4 to 6 hours
💷 £119.99 per person (weekdays)

⏰ Preferred start time: 10am (flexible if needed)
