Your journey begins with breathwork and sound healing, guided by AJ, grounding you into the present moment and opening your energetic field to receive. From this place of stillness, Kathryn will channel personal and collective guidance from her Higher Self and Council of Elders — intuitive transmissions that activate remembrance, healing, and clarity.

A high-frequency guided visualisation will follow, designed to awaken dormant light codes and align you with your highest timeline.

We’ll close with a sacred ice bath ritual, anchoring the energies through embodied integration — allowing your divine light to be felt, held, and expressed in your physical form.
