This immersive wellbeing experience brings together breathwork,
intuitive guidance, spirit connection, light language, meditation,
sound and movement to create an afternoon away from everyday noise.

Your Autumn Journey

Conscious Connected Breathwork with AJ

AJ will guide you through a conscious connected breathwork journey,
using a continuous breathing pattern to bring your attention to the
breath, body and present moment.

Autumn Release

Autumn naturally represents change and letting go. This guided part
of the ceremony creates space to reflect on what the year has brought,
what you are ready to leave behind and where you want to move next.

Kathryn Henshaw Psychic Medium & Light Language Channel

Kathryn Henshaw brings her work as a psychic medium
and light language channel into the ceremony, sharing intuitive
messages, spirit guidance and light language within the group experience.

Immersive Sound

The experience incorporates sound using
crystal singing bowls, gongs and other resonant instruments,
creating layers of sound and vibration throughout the ceremony.

Conscious Rave

And this time, we’re finishing differently.

We’ll close the Soul Activation experience with a
Conscious Rave.

A chance to shake it all out, move your body, let go and finish the
afternoon on a high.

No judgement. No expectations. Just music, movement, freedom and good energy.

There will be no ice bath at this Soul Activation.
The Conscious Rave will instead bring the experience to a close through
music, movement and connection.

New to this kind of experience?

You do not need previous experience of breathwork, sound, movement
or spiritual practices to attend.

AJ and Kathryn will guide the group through each part of the afternoon
and explain what to expect as the ceremony progresses.

And when it comes to the Conscious Rave, there is no right or wrong
way to take part. Move as much or as little as feels right for you.
