Sound Bath Manchester | Soul & Sound

Join Conquer Me 365 in Gatley, Manchester for
Soul & Sound, an immersive 90-minute experience combining
guided meditation, group energy healing and a sound bath using
crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and voice.

Whether this is your first sound bath or something you already love,
there is nothing to learn or perform. Get comfortable, lie back
and experience the sound.

What is a sound bath?

Despite the name, there’s no water involved.

A sound bath is an immersive sound experience where
you lie back and listen as resonant instruments are played within the
space around you.

Different instruments produce different tones, frequencies and
vibrations. During Soul & Sound, these layers are created using
crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and voice,
allowing you to simply listen and experience how the sound changes
throughout the session.

Your Soul & Sound experience

Guided Meditation

The evening begins with guided meditation, giving you time to settle
into the space, become comfortable and bring your attention away
from everything happening outside the room.

Energy Healing

Group energy healing is incorporated into the session and may be
hands-on or channelled as part of the wider Soul & Sound experience.

Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs & Sound

You’ll then experience an immersive sound journey using
crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and voice.

Rather than listening to a recording through speakers, the instruments
are played within the space, creating changing layers of tone,
resonance and vibration around you.

Never been to a sound bath before?

That’s absolutely fine.

You don’t need to know how to meditate and you don’t need any previous
experience of sound healing or energy work. You’ll be guided at the
beginning of the session before being given the space to simply
lie back and experience it.

What should I bring?

Yoga mats are provided. You’re welcome to bring anything that will
make you more comfortable during the sound bath, including:

• A blanket
• A cushion or pillow
• Water
• Any personal comfort or ritual items you would like with you
