dedicated time to reconnect, slow down and focus entirely on yourself.

Each 1:1 Energy Alignment session is shaped around you and may combine
conscious connected breathwork, energy healing, immersive sound and
guided meditation.

What happens during your Energy Alignment?

Conscious Connected Breathwork

Conscious connected breathwork sits at the heart of the experience.
AJ guides you through a continuous breathing practice, giving you
space to focus on the breath, body and what arises during the session.

Energy Healing

Your session may incorporate hands-on or hands-off energy healing,
intuitively guided by AJ as part of the wider experience.

Sound Healing

Sound is woven into the session using instruments including
crystal singing bowls, drum, chimes and gong,
creating different layers of sound and vibration throughout the experience.

Guided Meditation

Guided meditation may also be used to help bring the experience
together, giving you time to settle, integrate and ground before
your session comes to an end.

Your session is individual to you

There is no fixed formula. Each Energy Alignment is intuitively
guided and shaped around what is present for you during your session.

Allow approximately 2 to 2.5 hours for the full
experience.

Optional additions

You can choose to add a Hapé Ceremony,
an Ice Bath, or both when booking your
Energy Alignment experience.
